We are passionate about design in general and specifically the quality of the urban living experience. Our firm has been fortunate to work on various urban infill and redevelopment projects over the past 5 years that have been built or are under construction, including Park Center Plaza in downtown San Jose, and both the Thomas Jefferson School of Law and the Columbia and Fir Apartments in downtown San Diego. We are intimately familiar with downtown San Diego and East Village and the both the City’s and CCDC’s requirements.

Since the firm’s founding in 1995, experience has taught us that a shared passion between the client and designer will ultimately lead each project to success.
