Landscape Architecture / Marketing Professional
Nowell + Associates Landscape Architecture is seeking a degreed landscape architecture/marketing professional to excel in a dual role working with our team as a landscape architecture production assistant and in taking the lead in production of company marketing initiatives. We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized individual with at least 3- 5 years experience who will split their time between production of design and construction documents and marketing tasks. Production tasks will include generally equal amounts of PhotoShop graphics and AutoCAD drafting. Marketing tasks will include preparing RFP and RFQ packages, writing marketing-related copy, updating resumes and project sheets, creating specific marketing packages, developing web site content, and marketing outreach through social media sources. Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in landscape architecture, proficiency in AutoCAD, Google SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite programs (specifically InDesign and Photoshop) and mastery of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. The successful candidate will be a motivated self-starter with excellent written and verbal communication skills who is equally at-ease working independently or in the team environment. Compensation is negotiable and will be commensurate with value, skill set, and experience levels.
